Certificate Program
In order to apply for the certificate program at USWA, he student will need to provide:
A completed application form
A recent photo
High school Diploma and Transcripts, GED or other proof of High School equivalent completion. (High school document must contain GPA information or GED of satisfactory completion)
* Students who do not have an traditional High school or equivalent education may be required to take an independently administered entrance test given by the school to determine adequate skills for entrance
A Statement of Christian faith along with two letters of recommendation attesting to this Christian faith and character
Submit a non-refundable application fee of $100
Applications will be reviewed with all the above information, not by just a single indicator.
All admissions will be finalized by the Admission Committee.
Bachelor's Program
In order to apply for the certificate program at USWA, he student will need to provide:

In order to apply for the certificate program at USWA, he student will need to provide:

Transcripts and proof of completed Bachelor's degree, with a minimum GPA of 2,0 in all course work. (Bachelor degrees but be earned from either colleges of universities approved by an appropriate agency)
A Statement of Christian faith along with two letters of recommendation attesting to this Christian faith and character
A statement of 200 words outline your career and ministry objectives and how the completion of your degree will facilitate these goals
Submit a non-refundable application fee of $100
Applications will be reviewed with all the above information, not by just a single indicator.
All admissions will be finalized by the Admission Committee.
Doctorate Program
In order to apply for the certificate program at USWA, he student will need to provide:
A completed application form
A recent photo
